Buhay Artista (Part 2) and Harry Potter 6
Natutuwa ako dahil andami kong nagawa over the weekend. Since I knew that I would be reading HP6 over the weekend, I studied my lessons nung Friday night pa. Then yesterday, I claimed my reserved copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Pero nabasa ko ba siya kagad? Hindi. Bakit?
My friend, Bea called and said that she needed talents for a video shoot. Bea' s a MultiMedia Arts major from DLSU-CSB; the video we shot was the midterm exam for one of her subjects. Horror story siya, at ang title ay "Bulong" I played the role of Emily, who's got schizophrenia.
Here's the story: Emily moves into a new apartment (yung opening scene ay hinatid siya ng boyfriend niya sa new apartment). Emily's roommate is named Jessie, who is a bitchy girl. Jessie tells Emily that someone died, a girl named Sarah (na multo sa video) in their apartment. Because of that story, and because Emily has schizophrenia, she begins to hear voices all over especially when she is alone. Emily meets a neighbor and asks about Sarah. She finds out that Sarah used to be Jessie's roommate, and the cause of her death is a mystery. After hearing this story, Emily enters her apartment and confronts Jessie about Sarah's death. She also finds out that Jessie is flirting with Leo, who is Emily's boyfriend. The last scene shows Emily asleep with blood all over her hands and clothes. When Emily wakes up, she does not know why she's got blood all over herself. She follows the trail of blood on the floor and sees Jessie dead. But the twist is, the last scene also shows the ghost of Sarah and Sarah is holding a knife. This leaves the viewer to wonder of who really killed Jessie.
Shooting a video is really tiring and takes long. The setting-up of lights took the crew quite some time. 1970s ang setting nung video kaya retro look ako. It was a good experience, I really felt like an artista. This video lasts for only 5 minutes, yet we took 12 hours to shoot it. I thought, How long does it take to shoot an episode in a soap opera?
Now I have to catch up on sleep.

Sa totoo lang ha. That doesn't sound like schizophrenia. More like hallucinations, but not schizo per se. Check DSM-IV-TR criteria. Hehe. - Ate
Sa totoo lang kailangan mo na ng boylet. Yun lang. Hindi yan dala ng sobrang saya, di yan dala ng sobrang pagka-bitter. You all too well know that he, whoever he is, is lacking in the portrait of your lif. 4th year ka na, maraming guys dyan, di nga lang maka-relate at maabot ang level mo. Darating yan, pinagdarasal yan. NO need to daydream, just fill the gaps of your heart and realize what's really in store at the end of the rainbow.

and oi... pahiram naman ako ng HP6... parang gusto ko na siyang basahin rin... hehe... tapos mo naba? or ate mo ang next in line?? pede ba makipila?? ^^
